THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 4.80 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $-2.30.
