Position Overview: Leverett's Chapel ISD is seeking a dedicated and certified Agriculture Teacher with a strong background in Agricultural Mechanics. The ideal candidate will possess a wide breadth of knowledge in agricultural sciences and demonstrate expertise in areas such as welding, machinery maintenance, carpentry, and other mechanical aspects of agriculture.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas teaching certification in Agriculture Science.
Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
Proven experience or specialization in Agricultural Mechanics.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $1,500 above the state base.
Insurance: District contributes $333 towards employee insurance premiums.
